Ronald Marino, DO, Discusses Osteopathic Medicine on Sirius XM Radio NEW

Dr. Marino is the associate chairman of pediatrics at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, N.Y. He also is a clinical professor of pediatrics at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine of New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury and the State University of New York Medical School in Stony Brook. 

Dr. Marino is a graduate of the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing. He completed both his internship and residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. In 1985, Dr. Marino completed a fellowship in behavioral pediatrics at the University of Maryland in Baltimore.

NYSOMS HOLDS 2nd ANNUAL DO DAY IN ALBANY NEW
[4/20/2012] - On April 17, the New York State Osteopathic Medical Society (NYSOMS) held its second annual DO Day in Albany. Close to 100 DOs and osteopathic medical students descended on the state capitol to advocate for legislation that impacts physicians and their patients and to gain recognition for osteopathic medicine. 

"Advocacy is not something you learn by sitting in a classroom, and it is not something you learn just by talking about it," NYSOMS President Anna Lamb, DO, told participants at their morning briefing. "Advocacy is something you learn by doing." more
